Leslie became a member of ASAP Norwood in October of 2017. As a Norwood City Council Member from 2018-2019, she supported community engagement and participated in coalition initiatives like Begin Unbuzzed. She was hired as the Drug Free Communities Project Coordinator, and serves as the liaison between ASAP Norwood and fiscal agent HealthPath Foundation of Ohio in April 2020. Her work in prevention throughout Hamilton County dates back to 2012 and has included addressing root causes to food instability and access to safe spaces for physical activity. Her experience in capacity building as an AmeriCorps VISTA lead to an academic publication with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In her role, she will manage day-to-day operations and lead coalition strategic planning efforts.
Deb is a Program Administrator with the Center for Schools Based Programs at Miami University and a
co-founder of ASAP Norwood. With 30 years of experience working under-served populations, she has developed, launched, and directed numerous programs that directly affect adolescent health and well-being. Recently, she has successfully organized and implemented programs including Alcohol Screening Education (ASE) within the Norwood Middle School. In addition, she has implemented the Safe Routes to School, Norwood Ready Kids, Healthy Kids Norwood, and Everybody in School Everyday programs. Her passion for positive youth development extends beyond thoughts and directly into action.

LILYMI began in 2005 to empower children, youth and families. Under Glenna’s leadership, LILYMI provides workshops and mentors in the areas of prevention, intervention, and increased graduation. Her work with ASAP directly involves Norwood Youth. She is the mentor for both TECC and PIP, our middle school and high school youth dedicated to prevention. She is also an author, having written Rainbow Bed: a child’s perspective on coping with grief and Mr. Emotions & Friends.
Donna has lived in Norwood for over 30 years. Working previously as the Norwood Health Commissioner, and now as City Council President, she fights for and serves the Norwood community every day. A registered nurse by profession for over 38 years, she was the first woman elected to Norwood City Council in 1979 and served 4 years during some of the hardest financial times in Norwood history. She served as Clerk of Council for 2 years and organized that office from years of neglect. She is a member of the Norwood Tree Board (you’ve probably seen her planting flowers throughout the city each year), Norwood Business & Professional Women’s Club, Norwood City Schools Health Advisory Council, Norwood City Schools Business Advisory Council, Norwood Moose and several other civic/service organizations.
